Policy

Reservations Method :
Reservations may be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Reservations, changes or cancellations may be made through e-mail @ Dullessedan155@gmail.com  or by calling our reservations department at 1-703-953-6174.  We prefer to receive your reservations in advance. Airport pick Ups :
1. After receiving  your baggage  Call us immediately at 1-703-953-6174. Your reserved vehicle will be in the airport’s waiting area and will arrive momentarily. There is no additional charge for curbside pick-ups.
2. Arrangements for this service must be made in advance. The chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area with a sign displaying your name. An additional charge will apply for the domestic baggage-claim meet.
If you do not see your chauffeur, DO NOT LEAVE. In the event of a mix-up (which would include last-minute gate changes, incorrect information on the terminal “arrivals” monitor, or the terminal parking lot is full or closed), please contact us immediately at 1-703-953-6174. You will be held responsible if you do not inform us about your travel status which will result in “no show” charges to your account or credit card.
A 20-minutes grace period is allowed following the domestic flight arrival time which is posted on the airline tracker  status. Wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments once the grace period has elapsed. If you need your chauffeur to wait more than 30 minutes, please contact us immediately during this 20-minute grace period. If you fail to contact us within that time period, your account will be charged the full amount .
A 45-minute grace period is allowed following the international flight arrival time which is posted on the airline tracker status. Wait time will be charged per 15-minute increments once the grace period has elapsed. We understand that your travel plans may change or other circumstances may arise. With that in mind, Sunny’s Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation has a very simple cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a reservation and you provide us with at least 2 hours advance notice of your cancellation for reservations within the U.S.A. or, 24 hours advance notice for international reservations, during our normal business hours, your account will not be charged.2.  Cancellation Policy:If you cancel your reservation within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up, a cancellation fee will be voided. IF you are not cancelling your reservation within 2 hours of scheduled pick up a cancellation fee equal to the total trip rate, including gratuity, will be charged to your account or credit card. Our Transportation is not responsible for passenger flights which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy.We guarantee to do our best in transporting you to your destination on time. However, because of the nature of the transportation industry and due to situations . We always make our best effort to see that you arrive at your destination on time.
