Booking & Pricing
Is your pricing a flat rate or metered?
We provide strictly flat-rate pricing for all airport transfers and point-to-point trips. Unlike a taxi, your fare is locked in at the time of booking. The only variables are voluntary gratuity, parking fees, or requested "Meet & Greet" services.
Do you charge extra for traffic or flight delays?
No. Whether you are stuck in I-66 traffic or your flight is delayed several hours, your base rate remains the same. We track all incoming flights to Dulles (IAD) and Reagan National (DCA) in real-time to ensure your chauffeur arrives exactly when you land.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for a full refund on Sedan and SUV bookings. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Curbside (Standard)
Your chauffeur will text you upon landing. Once you have collected your bags, let them know which door you are exiting from and they will pull up to the passenger pickup curb within minutes.
Meet & Greet (Optional)
Your chauffeur will wait inside the terminal near the baggage claim area with a professional sign displaying your name.
How long will the driver wait for me?
For airport arrivals, we offer 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands to allow time for deplaning and luggage retrieval. For residential or office pickups, we provide a 15-minute grace period.
Vehicle & Service
Are your vehicles private?
Yes. AWT Transportation provides 100% private executive service. You will never be asked to share a vehicle with strangers.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Yes, we can provide toddler, booster, or infant seats upon request for an additional fee. Please mention this at the time of booking so the vehicle is properly equipped.
Can I book a car for multiple stops or a full day?
Absolutely. We offer Hourly As-Directed service ($80 – $90 per hour) which is ideal for weddings, corporate meetings, private tours, or special events where you need a dedicated chauffeur.
